It's Sunday July 15th, and we finally got a message from a general manager a r Roy Robinson.  Seems they are not happy with the truth getting out.

We are going next week up to a couple of more RV Dealers and see what they are like.  I will post them here as soon as I get the facts.  I can not say which one we will visit, but you can bet the truth of how we were treated will be here.

  1. Dusty,
My name is Randy Edwards, I'm the GM at the Poulsbo RV store in Everett. I'm sorry to hear that your RV shopping experience at all of the local RV dealers has been below your expectations. It's not clear from your blog which Poulsbo RV location(s) you have visited, but, I would be happy to sit with you and discuss your experience and your RV needs. Our customer's are the most important asset in our company. Poulsbo RV has become one of the largest dealers on the west coast by providing the best prices and service after the sale. While no one is perfect, we strive to provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sale. In an effort to do this, every Poulsbo store has a dedicated Customer Service person(s)who's job it is to make sure every customer was not only satisfied but that we exceeded their expectations in service or sales.
I do hope you will contact me, so that I can give you the Poulsbo RV experience you deserve.

  2. I was at the Everett Store and that is where we experienced the lack of customer concerns
