IJoy Head phones

i currently purchased a set of head phones from IJoy..

I contacted IJoy for help because the bluetooth would not connect, I sent them message after message, even on Facebook

and here is the reply I received

just bought a new set of Ijoy wireless headphones will not connect to my computer.. it says it will but it does not. IJoy Logo

It seems the company does not know what it makes.. Do NOT PURCHACE ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS..
