I want to
begin this post by saying I know I have not posted much these days but in our
move from Washington State to Alabama we have been a quite busy and my time, as
you will see below, has been taken with other things.
We begin our
move with a lot of packing and working on finding a great mode of moving. In that
search our first, and may I say only , stop was Roy Robinson RV in Marysville Washington,

and rest of the people at Roy Robinson RV was 9.5 out of 10 star sales and
service would never go anywhere else in the Northwest.
We then set out
for Oregon to see a friend and shortly found out OUR decision for a travel
trailer was not going to work so we looked around for a dealer that was , as we
thought, live and learn, in the Salem area, I decided on https://robersonrv.com/ , NOT ROBINSON, we
purchased 2017 Persuit ,another mistake, ok sales and poor service, big
problems and we called and spoke with our sales person and once we got a hold
of her we were passed off to the service dept. switched us of to another department
and so the run around begins.
We found, was
ok but at was in the shop, we were told that it had been sold to another couple
wanted it but they change their minds, as since the RV was in the shop for
prep, we could look at it, we could not do the slide outs and other things, we tried
to tell them we wanted to see and drive it, they did let Tracy drive it, but
since we had already purchased the motorhome and we did purchase the extended warranty
that was suppose to cover all the repairs with a 50.00 deductible.
After the
problems we had with no help from Roberson, we decided to trade to Coachman in
for a name we could trust Winnebago, we went to Camping world in Arizona, 2017 Winnebago

Then with all these problems we finally end up
in Fort Worth Texas, and after a very stressful and making the best of the
situation, we found a wonderful and honest, Dealership, one with integrity, and

Honest, and up front with the RV service, Let us stay on the grounds and check out

Service, I would tell you If you are close to any McCains RV https://www.mcclainsrv.com/ and you want customer service, honesty, trust,
and honor this is the place you want to seek out… They still call me and are
concerned about out welfare even though we are 1000 miles away, they are trying
to find a place to help us get some issues fixed.
WE cannot recommend
higher 9.5 Star, Only because I do not think any company in this country is perfect
