BEWARE IF LOWES AND UNITED RENTALS

SO OUR BASEMENT FLOODED 6 INCHES OF WATER, 








Well called United Rentals in Everett and Snohomish.. 500.00 for some one to go to the office, 150.00 to just to get the dryers we need and then rental fee and tax..


. so 650. just to rent the the blower, and then rental fees... UNITED RENTAL IS ROBBERY RENTALS.. NEVER EVER GOING THERE. LOWES DOES NOT RENT OUT EQUIPMENT, SO THAT IS THE END OF THAT,, AND HOME DEPOT IS RESERVING ONE FOR US TODAY.. DOING WHAT THEY CAN TO GET US TWO MORE... HOME DEPOT HAS MY BUSINESS FOREVER

WOW WHAT A NIGHT IN STANWOOD WASHUNGTON

THIS WEEKEND WE WENT AND STAYED OVERNIGHT AT THE "LIGHTS OF CHRISTMAS" IN STANWOOD WASHINGTON.  IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN YOU WILL NEVER KNOW THE REAL JOY IT IS TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN THE NORTH POLE ATMOSPHERE. I CAN NOT SHOW OR DESCRIBE THE WONDER AND JOY ON THE FACES OF ALL WHO WERE.

last month i had to make a addition of 25.00 to balance the acxcount, this month I had to edit in 6.80

on line. never again will I download form online quicken.. if I can not get the actual software. then I am looking for a different software

Ok, the reason I mention this John is because you have to keep in mind that Quicken is not an automated program. Since these are manual entries, you are the only one who controls the information within the account itself

yes but I am a computer tech I know how to do entries. I receive a bank statement from my bank every month and do the reconcile myself. and every month there is a screw up

The thing is John that Quicken wont do anything without your doing or approval as its not an automated program.

in January the reconcile way corret then in february it was off by 36.00, I did a correction to bering it up to date, then in march it was off by 40.00, again I did a update thenit kept getting worse, so I wnt back to november of last year which reconciled and in december it reconciled and in Januarty, but february id did not

I understand, however, these are not changes that Quicken does as they are manual entries. Our best advise is to review transaction by transaction to make sure if any transaction is missing or duplicated which is what affects the balances

I do that, I am not stupid, every I make sure there are no duplicate entries.. so quicken preogram is perfect ,, it that what your saying

Not exactly but on this case since these are manual entries, there is not much that the program does other than follow the instructions that you give it to do the reconcile.

and I do excappy what the program tells me to do..

Ok, on that case, no issue should be coming up as you are manually entering this information as you do with everything else

I get your point and I am really sorry about this John. I dont want to push this but specially on manual accounts, Quicken doesnt do anything without you doing this change on your end

I have also downloaded my bank statements for the last year, anreentered every statement again, and every month it changes the beginning amount from my previous bank statement
every month the previous amount is different that the ending amount from the ending amount from my bank statements.. example,, previous mount might end in 2,065.00 and when I get the next bank statement the begining amount is 200 or mort off

You have to keep in mind that if at some point you entered an adjustment is because at some point a transaction was missing which is what changes the balances

Ok maybe i shojuld tell all my followers and my friends that quicken can not do anything but blame the end user for the problems they may be having with quicken and the customer service is not helpful but blame the end user

What I am referring to is that Quicken is not an automated program so this cant be changed on its own specially on manual accounts.

well since I downloaded this from quicken because nthey no longer sell the actual software they deny their downloads re not their fault
since they feel that and will not take the blame for their screwed up programs, I will post this conversation to my web page and sed how your end users feel about quick NON supportg
