DISH Not So Clean

Let it be known I have been with Dish in our motorhome , well since we purchased the motorhome in 2011, we have been faithful payers and we have been happy with the service. then in 2017 I went into a coma, then we called dish to put the service on hold for 6 months. thinking I would be cleared to travel. then after two comas, the last one in december I clled Dish when I got out and again informed them I would like to put our dish on hold until the fall of this year. then I received a deposit on my checking account as a refund from dish, as we had paid up front for the 6 months.. we called and got the run arround from dish. this is the conversation

You,  Yea right. advanced payment. why did you refund my 40.00 and the close my account. and if the accound can not be put on hold the why did the person who I talked to last year di it. and the person I spoke in to sometims in january or dexcember, tell me they would put it on hold for 5.00 a month til september and I have been paying 5.00 a month till we could travel again..

I am only informing you that for pay as you go account dish pause is not allowed.

You,   Wait it is beyound your control to fix this error but it is within your control to renew it??Look if yoou want the equipment YOU tell who ever it is to send me the box.. I AM DONE with it
the box will be taken out of our motorhome and put in the garage.. if you want it send a bod.. if not well it will set there till you do

You, I have been a member of DISH for years. and when I went into a coma last year TWICE I ask the customer service to pause my account for 6 months till the DR. released me. we did have plans to travel last fall then anothe Coma. hospital for week, and told not to travel, now Your company canceled my account without notification. or my request and want to charge me lease be advised that we need to collect an upfront payment of $65.03 to activate the account? R U Kidding me. Your the ones who canceled the account. not me. So it is off with DISH and maybe try another service who is customer orented. The equipment is in my garage, and when you come to pick it up or send me a box to return it in , it will be there.. GOOD BYE DISH.
