G& S Heating and ALLSTATE CLAIMS

So last year in October we were having some problems with our furnace we called a company G& S Heating, who came out the last time, lest than 4 months ago,$400.00 said they fixed the furnace and we should have no other problems, here we are 4 months later and basement full of water, furnace not working.

The Meter they put on the furnace which is supposed to alert us if the furnace is having a problem.. did not work, so we call G&S Heating and after 4 months, we were told repair would be over $200.00 "because this would be an after hours call" it was 3:30PM  however, if the furnace needs replacing $3500.00 , and

we were told they could not get out for two or three days.. with our basement is still filling with water,, we turned the furnace off, but need to reboot it,, But can we hold back the water til someone gets here? not sure.. but with this going one since the middle of December we have to do something

So I called Allstate they sent out a company to investigate the problems, by the way the water has been running into the basement at least 4 days, since we do not got into our basement that often, they found the problem was the furnace, and then  Allstate sent out their rep, just so you know the first time both of them came out during the flooded area, and we showed them where the water was coming from, and they agreed it was the furnace, now Allstate says they need another inspection. both by the manager of the company that did the investigation first, and they send their agent out again, AFTER all the water and some of the drywall had been removed, but they wanted proof that the water was coming from the furnace.. AFTER we have removed the water and been keeping an eye on the furnace, and sweeping water out of the room every 2 hrs.  and now ALLSTATE is trying to find a reason to not cover this..
