Camping World of Avondale Arizonia

We purchased this motorhome in Avondale Arizona at Camping World, Now First of all I am not saying every Camping World is like this..20017 Winnebago

Now admittedly this was our Choice However We traded this paid off Motorhome

However as we hit the road from Salem, we found the faults and errors that were not told us or just ignored.
one was this

Now admittedly we also purchased a contract with Camping world
so Here we are, as we explained to Camping World, on our trip. vacation, and the problems we have run into from broken glass, some doors inside the coach, warped, or broken.

We called Camping world in
in Arizona and was told they could not help us, as we were not there to get them to fix the problems.

My Warning to You Becarefull where and to which company you purchase a Big item such as a car or motorhome, Watch who you buy it from, they may just want to sell you something just to make money and not support the item you were sold..

That's my opinion, listen or not,

Roberson RV Salem Oregon

We purchased an RV in Salem Oregon From Robber-son

, and while we did trade in our pull behind that we had purchased 2 days earlier, and yes the sales person and finance officer was nice , the finance office did not have the paperwork ready, had to try and retry to get the equipment to work, looked like he had no idea what he was doing, our sales lady was great until the sale was all done, thinking back we should have questioned the sale when the RV was already in the shop when we got there, My fault,  i should have questioned more things, like tires, equipment, locks on doors, sewer, things like that, but they knew or suspected we were leaving in two days so they rushed thru the sale..

Needless to say, after 1 week we are not satisfied with the RV or the way Robber-son, rushed us thru the sale but not the paperwork...

Becarefull, they may try and rush you thru a sale and pull a quick change on you..

PODS and customer service do not match

Tracy and I called to PODS for a container because we miscalculated our moving needs, So when we realized how much we had we called PODS and told them we did not need the container, so they said they would cancel the delivery yet the Truck showed up to drop the container

Well we called pods and told them we would not use the container, and they told us they would pick the container up on Thursday

Pods did not show up on Thursday, so we called PODS again, the previous person had hot scheduled a pickup, though he did posted that they had canceled the order,

So now I have to be on the phone and wait til Saturday, NOW this would normally a problem, but, as I explained to the previous Idiot, Saturday our house goes on the market, and we needs photos taken on Friday,, now they say they will pick up the container Sunday...

Seems customer service is not their forte

So here it sets. now until Saturday.... PODS is unreliable Company

Not So Big O

Well I Know every one thinks I only post things negative about things.

Well I have always been to Big O in either Lynnwood or Lake Stevens for service or tires for my cars. and up until today i believed in their "customer Service" but today I found out that is not there any more...

So I went to Big O in Lake Stevens in Frontier Village, that that used to be run by a lady named Sarah
who believed in Customer service, Now I know Covid paranoia has taken this world by a storm and that people are being careful, However, when I take my truck to the place I purchased it they have a clean waiting room, and they keep it clean, i know Big O, is smaller dealership, BUT with no other customer in the building, making a person sit in the rain to wait for new tires to be put on is in human.

So if you are looking for new tires, I would highly recommend you stay away from Big O.. in Lake Stevens, until their Manager and new owner gets the customer service down..

New Year

Well I know its been a while since I posted here, with all the stuff going on, and my health not getting any better, 4 comas and under VA Dr, watch, not sure when we will be traveling again.

We are in the process of planning to sell our home and move south closer to our kids, grand kids and Great grand kids.

Things with covid and riots and violence in our land, we just feel it might be time to head south to calmers waters, Tracy and I would love to be closer to family, and if we can get this place ready by fall we plan to put it on the market...

We no longer have our motorhome, just not able to drive it anymore. so our travels are reduced to traveling by vehicle and staying in hotels until we can get a travel trailer.

Sorry no pictures of any travels yet, we have been able to do some short trips, Leavenworth, Lynden, etc, but nothing to speak about..

This is one mountain range we saw near Lynden, WA

Water rapids on the way to Levenworth

We also journed yo the Tulip festival in Mt Vernon, WA

As we begin summer of 2021 we are hoping to get around to see more of this state.

Thanks for keeping up and waiting for this post we will try and be more dilligent in the future
Here is a video we too of one of our travels

G& S Heating and ALLSTATE CLAIMS

So last year in October we were having some problems with our furnace we called a company G& S Heating, who came out the last time, lest than 4 months ago,$400.00 said they fixed the furnace and we should have no other problems, here we are 4 months later and basement full of water, furnace not working.

The Meter they put on the furnace which is supposed to alert us if the furnace is having a problem.. did not work, so we call G&S Heating and after 4 months, we were told repair would be over $200.00 "because this would be an after hours call" it was 3:30PM  however, if the furnace needs replacing $3500.00 , and

we were told they could not get out for two or three days.. with our basement is still filling with water,, we turned the furnace off, but need to reboot it,, But can we hold back the water til someone gets here? not sure.. but with this going one since the middle of December we have to do something

So I called Allstate they sent out a company to investigate the problems, by the way the water has been running into the basement at least 4 days, since we do not got into our basement that often, they found the problem was the furnace, and then  Allstate sent out their rep, just so you know the first time both of them came out during the flooded area, and we showed them where the water was coming from, and they agreed it was the furnace, now Allstate says they need another inspection. both by the manager of the company that did the investigation first, and they send their agent out again, AFTER all the water and some of the drywall had been removed, but they wanted proof that the water was coming from the furnace.. AFTER we have removed the water and been keeping an eye on the furnace, and sweeping water out of the room every 2 hrs.  and now ALLSTATE is trying to find a reason to not cover this..
